Ah! The cutie that came to me in Hanazakari No Kimitachi E or Ikemen Paradise playing the adorable and hopeless Nakatsu. Now has another TV drama where he is the lead Maou ,the adaptation of Korean Drama The Devil, where he stars opposite Arashi's Ohno. Despite my joy of once again getting a glimpse of him weekly I'm disappointed that like his role in Honey and Clover it seems like it's still a sad ending for one of my favorite guys.
If you've seen H&C, you'll know that in the end he didn't get the girl but he had a good run of self-discovery. It seems that he's still going to get the short end of the stick here. If the Japanese stick to the plot of the show then (spoiler)
He's gonna die in the end. Blah.
I wish these tv stations would just give him a break and give him a starring role where everything turns out happily for him. After all he's not a bad actor and is actually quite endearing with his characters.
